Patricia Selim

Patricia Selim, CFA, is a portfolio manager and head of Stable Value Investments in Vanguard Fixed Income Group. She and her team are responsible for managing over $40 billion in stable value assets for defined contribution and 529 plans. They also manage wrap provider allocations and relationships.

Before taking on her current role, Ms. Selim led the team responsible for risk management and performance attribution for Vanguard’s U.S. indexed equity funds. She has held a variety of positions since joining the company in 2007, including chief of staff to Vanguard Institutional Investment Group’s managing director and manager of the Fixed Income Security Pricing Group in Fund Financial Services. She was elected to the Stable Value Investment Association (SVIA) board for a three-year term beginning in 2019.

Ms. Selim earned a bachelor’s degree from Millersville University. She is a CFA® charterholder and a member of both the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Philadelphia.
