Paige Razzi
Paige Razzi is principal and head of Participant Strategy and Development. She previously served as head of International Marketing and Shared Services and was a member of Vanguard® international business leadership team. In her current role, she leads the evolution of the participant experience, including the participant journey model, to drive outcomes on behalf of 5 million plan participants. Paige joined Vanguard in 1990 and has held several leadership roles across the marketing, sales, technology, and client service functions. She earned a paralegal certification in fiduciary management, a B.A. from Shippensburg University, and completed the Advanced Management Program at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
