Marty Falcone

Marty Falcone is a department head in Vanguard Retirement Plan Client Services, where she oversees a team of relationship executives responsible for the delivery of high-value services to many of the firm's largest and most complex recordkeeping clients. In addition, she leads a team that manages the distribution of advice services offered by Vanguard aimed at improving investor outcomes.

Ms. Falcone has been at Vanguard since 2005 and previously served as a department head in Strategic Retirement Consulting, partnering with plan sponsors to develop and implement customized, actionable education strategies to help participants achieve their retirement goals. Before that, she was a manager in Vanguard Portfolio Review Department, participating in the development and launch of new Vanguard funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and trusts, and implementing changes to existing funds, ETFs, and trusts. Additional roles at Vanguard include chief of staff for Financial Advisor Services and various other management positions in the same business segment.

Ms. Falcone earned a B.A. in economics and journalism from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from Saint Joseph’s University.
