Liz Foo

Liz Foo is a senior manager in Vanguard Portfolio Review Department. She is responsible for leading the product management for Vanguard’s externally managed active equity funds, including: monitoring each fund’s positioning and performance in the markets, communicating about the products internally and externally, and driving and implementing product improvements. Ms. Foo joined Vanguard in 2016 and previously oversaw the private equity portfolios of several large public pension plans, corporate pension plans, and endowments. She also has investment banking experience that included raising equity capital and advising technology companies on mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Foo earned a B.S. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
