Ms. Valente oversees Participant Experience Technology, Strategy and Development, Participant Services Call Center, and Participant Education. Her organization helps participants achieve positive retirement outcomes. Most recently, she led an enterprise strategy engagement to mitigate risk and advance the maturity of Vanguard’s Identity and Access Management capabilities. She also led the Flagship Client Service Specialist group, delivering extraordinary service to clients with $1M+ investable assets. Ms. Valente joined Vanguard as an information systems engineer and has served in many roles in technology operations, systems integration, and software development. She earned a B.S. in information systems from Saint Joseph’s University and an M.B.A. from Villanova University.
