Amber Czonstka

Amber Czonstka is a principal and leader in Vanguard Institutional Sales. Before this, she was the head of communication consulting for retirement plans at Vanguard, where she oversaw teams of communication consultants and retirement education specialists focused on improving participant retirement outcomes. Ms. Czonstka joined Vanguard in 2007 and spent the first part of her career in Vanguard Financial Advisor Services™, where she held numerous leadership positions and led a variety of strategic projects such as the development of value-added services for advisors, also aimed at improving investor outcomes.

Ms. Czonstka earned a B.A. in finance and economics from Temple University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
